This was in my morning media error report.  

    TIME            SERVER/CLIENT                      TEXT
06/22/2004 17:19:07 ug50 ug50  ioctl (MTBSF) failed on media id 003496, 
                    drive index 13, I/O error (bptm.c.5333)
06/22/2004 17:19:19 ug50 ug50  found wrong backup id - ue13_1087529399: 
                    expected ug50_1086968324.

Obviously the contents of the tape weren't what was in the DB but I'm not
sure how we got this problem, the impact, not the correction.  Anybody seen
this before?
