if it is windows ? re-install the devices in device manager under my computer.
same may work for unix also.

Hi
If anyone can help, we are have aproblem with a drive in the tape library. It
shows the status of PEND/mixed while in use. and when not in use, it is saying
not ready. We have done rebooting the master server and the robot. still no
help. I have also done up/reset drive. with no effect.
Any suggestions please ?
