[Veritas-bu] Drive Details - Not Connected

I've noticed a few times that in Activity Monitor>Drives Tab and Device Monitor
details for the drives show that some of the servers are "Not Connected". I
know they are connected because they successfully back up, but I want to get
rid of this. What's the best way to take care of it?
