Hi,
=20
I'm looking for people running NBAR which can tell/answer me if the =
following is possible :
=20
1) We have 2 master servers, but because the arloader process is eating =
all my CPU i would like to make a dedicated server running NBAR - my =
preferred solution would be a single server running a single repository =
for both masterservers but with different views, i guess that's not =
possible, but then is there anyone running 2 repository's on one machine =
? and how is it performing, how big a server ?
=20
2) the report on drive statistics is pretty usless to me, I come fra =
Legato world where i can se performance on single tape drive and not a =
bunch of drives (storage pool) have anyone made a script to make a =
better view of the data in NBAR or have made there on tool to show drive =
performance ?
=20
3) the data on coverage of client's - anyone made use of this, i can't =
seem to get the data to fit with how often i take backup of a client, =
ex. Reports - Client Backups - is it because we dont let NBU launch our =
backup's but use a different launcher (Maestro)
=20
4) the amount of backup's taken don't fit with what i get from CLI=20
=20
What's your experience with NBAR - is it useful or is it better to make =
your own report tool ?
=20
Best regards, Venlig hilsen=20
