Current Server - NT4 Netbackup 3.4
Objective - upgrade to netbackup 4.5

Can we upgrade to NBU 4.5 if our server OS is NT4?

Can I install NBU 3.4 to a new W2K server?  (I would install 3.4, then
bprecover my original database to this server and then upgrade to 4.5.).
