[Veritas-bu] DBBACKUP in available media report

I think this has been talked about before but I cannot find references to
it.  I have a task that runs the available_media.cmd each morning.  For some
reason a large portion of the tapes are listed as DBBACKUP.  I know this is
not the case and remember reading something about this being due to
something being busy and not responding quickly enough.

Can anyone shed any light on this and perhaps a fix?
