Check to see if the bpbackupdb process is still running. Perhaps it got =
hung.
Try bouncing the services first. If that doesn't work, you can kill the =
process, but Veritas doesn't recommend it as it might cause corruption =
in the DB. I've killed it before without any adverse effects, but YMMV.

I submitted a catalog backup (manually) and it ran successfully.=20

I then modified the catalog backup properties, adding a 2nd tape volume =
to the configuration.=20

I then submitted another catalog backup (manually, again).  This hung =
for a long time.=20
Finally it showed up as a failed job.=20

Now, when I try to submit a catalog backup again, I get a message saying =
there is already a catalog backup running!=20
(status code =3D125).=20

Anybody have an idea as to what I did?=20
