[Veritas-bu] media position error?

Well, from this I'd say either MM1130 is bad, or drive index 0 is having
problems. It's telling you that netbackup is unable to locate the requested
block on the tape, so positioning is failing. There's a scsi check
condition associated with the error (key = 0x3 means media error, asc =
0x14, ascq = 0x0 means recorded entity not found), so I would check syslog
to see if any errors are recorded there.
