[Veritas-bu] NetBackup 5.0 Windows client "pauses"?

Troy Deterding helped me do some troubleshooting off the list, and it seems that
VSP was the cuplrit.  Disabling that on the affected clients stopped the pauses
from occuring, and everything has been working great since then.
