I have a tape that I need to move into my test environment. The problem is
that the production library and the lab library read the label differently.
The test lab reads the label and uses the last 6 digits (AA1234L1 would be
1234L1) The production library can only read the first 6 digits (AA1234L1
is AA1234) When trying to import the tape we get an error and I am
wondering if perhaps the mismatch between the label reading could be causing
it.
