Try adding SERVER = [win admin console server name] to the bp.conf file
on the media servers you're getting the message about.  It worked for
me.

We have NetBackup 4.5 fp3  Datacenter running on Unix master and media

I use the Windows NetBackup Administration Console rather than jnbSA
for almost everything, but I get this access not allowed on the Reports
Media Summary screen and on the Catalog screen I only see the masters
media listed.   If I use the java administration console I see all of
the media on both screens.    I have the master and media servers
defined in bp.conf on all machines.  The master backs up both media
servers with no access problems.

Any ideas what might be causing this problem?

Could not obtain report from host ecnbuabc, access to the client was
not allowed
