Hello,
Set a max value for the VSP cache file to 2GB or more if you have the room
and leave the min at 400MB. Set the VSP_Error_Control to 2 so it tries
again....and enable the bpbkar logs. In the bpbkar log you will see where
the cache file is located and its name. Run a backup and see if it helps.
VSP has its own log too "ssm"...you may need to enable that if the backup
still fails.
I hope it helps
Isidro Rodriguez

is full)
Hello,
does anyone got this error too? I can't find a proper description from
support.veritas.com.
Only one drive of this server causes the problem. It's a Citrix XP Terminal
Server running Windows 2000 SP3. The drives does not contain the OS and is
only 50% full.
TIR and VSP are enabled in he policy. The initial size of the VSP cache file
is 400MB no upper limit. I already checked the access rights of this volume.
Everything looks fine.
