[Veritas-bu] bpend-notify did not run ??

Solaris 9 clients and server /media server
bpend_notify.snap did not run. Permissions issue I beleive. On previous
tests the root user was testing.
The snap production job runs as operator !!
However looking at the admin console this backup ran return code zero.
Is there a way to find an error about this or is this simply overlooked.
