The NT Admin console machine is a NBU server too; you should add
it to the bp.conf files on master and all media servers if you wish
to manage them.

The Java console is AFAIK like xbp on Unix; you're not running
the executable on another machine, merely pulling over the 
master server's gui to your own desktop - as it's running on
the master server itself, it will (hopefully) never complain
about access problems.
