It won't be in the problems report.  The ltid and vmd processes report
to the system messages file specific to the platform (e.g.:
/var/adm/messages, system event log, etc.)

        It should be in the problems report.  If not, try sorting
through the all log 
entries report.  The most common reason for a drive being down'ed is
multiple 
tape errors within a given time frame (i.e. 6 errors in 12 hours).
