tpconfig output, sgscan output, and license keys.

I've got an old Solaris network here running NetBackup 3.4.  That is, of 
course, pretty far out of date, and when the client re-upped their support, 
they got media for 4.5.

So that upgrade is on my plate for the near future.  Are there any big 
pitfalls I need to watch out for doing this upgrade?
