When you set up the drive you have to put the host name of the server 
where you are running the ndmp mover process, in the 'No rewind device 
name'.

If you look at the right-click properties for the device, the No rewind 
device should look something like:

hostname:device name

Looking at what you showed it should be:

hostname:/dev/rmt/0cbn

Do you have that?  Otherwise it will not attempt a remote connection to 
the mover.  As to dedicating the drive, you don't get a choice about that!
