What if i have 300+ backups started same time and 50 are active and remaining
queued, how will bpdbm child process behave

does each bprd activate child bpdbm and let it run until backups are written
or when does this bpdbm child process dies down

One parent process. A child process is created to respond to each query from
bprd. See the man page. bprd is the request daemon on the master servers
that responds to client and administrative requests for restores, backups,
archives, list backed up or archived files, and manual backups.

running?

whats the logic?
