I disagree, tracker.exe is always up and running.  It automatically gets put
into the startup program upon installlation so when the machine is turned on
it is up and running until you click on it and stop it.  You have to remove
it from startup on all windows machines whether they be servers or clients.
If a machine does not have the client software installed it will not be
there.

If someone isn't log on to a server during backups, tracker isn't loaded so
you dont have to do anything.
