Running NBU 4.5 FP5.  Launching the dbbackup.exe SQL agent configuration
utility on a fresh Win2k/SQL2k system gives a bit fat Dr. Watson.  I have
been running the utility and backups successfully on similar systems.
Anybody had this issue?
