Check vmquery -m $CLEANTAPE to see if it has reached its maximum number
of cleanings (usually set up by an admin or operator when entered to the
volDB)

I've got a tape drive that needs a cleaning and tpclean isn't working.

# tpclean -c 1
No cleaning tape is defined in the device's robot

but in the robot is a cleaning tape that's been there for several months
and maybe been used 10 times - any suggestions?
