I have several old catalog tapes that I want to expire and assign to another 
pool.
I have done the following:
Check the catalog on the tape to verify it is old.
Run bplabel -ev ###### -d hcart -o

The command ran successfully, as far as I can tell, I didn't get any errors 
returned. But I still can't reassign the tape to another pool.
What am I missing?
