Hello Julio

Create the dbclient and the dbbackup directories under netbackup/logs and 
set verbose to 9.

Check the SQL database isn't running some internal jobs while you are 
running the backup.

We also found that raising the CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT sometime help.
