Do you not have any of the supported media types (AIT, 9840, DLT,
optical)?  Those talk directly to the media manager rather than through
the netbackup piece.

I'm assuming that they would add supported media types rather than
continue to use the 'nb' method, but that's a big guess on my part.
I've heard no speculation from anyone that might know.
