Greetings everyone -

In our enterprise environment, we are currently running a single Backup Exec
8.6 server for backups in each of our remote locations.  Due to licensing
and new disaster recovery methods, we are going to migrate everyone to
Netbackup 4.5.

Which has proven to be less of a headache? 1) Uninstall BE , then a clean
install of NB or  2) a straight NB install on top of the BE server?
