I'm getting a Allocation failure when running "bpimmedia"

My "/etc/system"  settings are  set to the minimum....

vmstat shows I have plenty of swap and memory:  These values do go down 
from 23:00 to 04:00!

The system does  has 2 gig of ram............. and atleast 2.6 gig of swap

This master [Solaris 2.6] is backing up atleast 700 clients with 12 Media 
servers..............

And we are adding two more media servers in a week or so....

I think I need to tweak the "/etc/system" file...  but unsure  which 
variable and how much!
