To fix this:

Install the latest NetBackup patch which is available at the
following website:
<ftp://ftp.support.veritas.com/pub/support/products/NetBackup_DataCenter/>

Download the following:
NB_CLT_45_5_M_260536.tar (Applied on the UNIX Master server and pushed out
to the clients)
NB_JAV_45_5_M_260560.tar (Applied on the UNIX Master server and pushed out
to the clients)
NB_45_5_M_260528.solaris.tar (Applied on the Solaris Master server)

Check out the readme for applying the patch.  Good luck!
