Double check the bp.conf on the media server and the master, make sure the
media server is listed in the bp.conf on the media server and the master.

Did you add the FQDN and "short name" of your new SSO client to your bp.conf
on the master and bounce the MASTER daemons ?

While waiting for Veritas to get back to me I thought I'd ask the group this
one.
Master=Solaris 8, Netbackup 3.4 patch 5, new slave same
I can inventory the other robot with media manager do the "use inventory to
update volume configuration" and it works.
I can use device manager and select host (new slave) and see all the drives
etc.
When I submit a backup job to use one of the storage units on the slave I
get
"status 37 (operation requested by an invalid server)"
Any ideas?
Thanks
