We have already opened an issue, but so far as I know we haven't heard back
from them about it.  Installation of client side FP4 has come to a
screeching halt.

I would hope that not publishing critical known issues (apparently there is
an awareness at Veritas) like this is an anomaly and not standard practice.

Now management is asking if there are any other "surprises" in FP4.
Anyone else aware of any other gotchas? Respond off the list if you like.

I see this on MP4 also ... must be an error, since it causes the 
excludes to fail (at least in some circumstances).  Some brave soul 
should take this one to Veritas' Tech Support.  cheers, wayne
