I understand the 2nd configuration: placing A's name in the file named B
allows A access to B.
But what's with the 1st configuration (-list_restore 3)? Doesn't that
disallow list/restore from B, having nothing to do with access to B by
A? Perhaps I don't understand "list_restore", or the questioner wanted
access only from A and not from B?
