I don't have a a script for windows but the new FP3 release of v4.5 will do

Has anyone got a batch script (which will work in NT4) that will move all
unassigned media in a robot to the scratch pool. As we have many master
servers being able to schedule media moves would be very useful.

Or does anyone know of another way to automate moving unassigned media in a
robot to the scratch pool
