If you're using NBU4.5 then its because 4.5 isn't supported with HP-UX10.20.
At least, it isn't listed on the compatability matrix from the Veritas
website.

Went to run the HPUX client install and it only lists 11.x versions.
What if I'm running 10.20?  Do I use the lowest listed version?

The Unix install and user guides were absolutely no help...
