You could do it as a duplication (bpduplicate) - which has a preview
function - and would identify the tapes that way.

NBU 4.5 has a really nice feature of allowing you to preview a restore
to find the list of tapes required to do the restore. 

I need to be able to do this from the command line. So far I haven't
had much luck finding a way to do this. 

Does anybody know how to do this?
