I can't comment on the refresh button but suspend/resume is only for restore
jobs right now.  They're promising suspend/resume for backup jobs in v5.0.

I recently upgraded my NT/W2k Admin console from 4.5 to 4.5 FP3 and I
noticed a few things:

When going into the Job Details on the Activity Monitor on NT/W2k Admin
console 4.5 FP3 I no longer see the refresh button and the cancel job
button. Is there a patch or fix that solves this little bug? Anyone else
notice this? 

Also there are some cool new things like suspend/resume jobs does it
really work? My options are grayed out.( and yes they were Active jobs
that I tried to suspend/resume :) )
