/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/version will give you info on what is installed
on the clients, if you pushed the update out from the Master server:
Update_clients...

it should be in /usr/openv/pack


you should have a 

pack.history
pack.summary

You can also cat

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/version

this will tell you if the client binaries have been updated yet.

But .history and .summary should get you where you want to be.
