NBU has several DLT "types", each of which is separate from the other.

If your 4000s are of type "DLT", then make your 7000s of type "DLT3" or
one of the others.  None of the types mean anything specifically, but
tapes labeled in one type should not be available for use in other type
drives.

This also means that a tape with a 4000 format on it will not use a 7000
drive for restores, even though it should work.
