No there shouldn't be extra steps after the upgrade,  Something went wrong 
somewhere.

Where was jnbSA located *before* the upgrade ?

Personally, I would do a find on jnbSA you never know where that bad boy might 
have ended up.

Then figure out what went wrong on your install.

Then, double check all your symbolic links.

Hi all,

We have a SunFire V880 with Solaris 8 and Veritas Netbackup.  Recently
Netbackup was upgraded from 3.4 to 4.5.

Here is a summary...I am trying to bring up the Netbackup Administration
console with the command jnbSA.  jnbSA used to work under version 3.4
and now it doesn't.  In version 3.4, you can export your display to a pc
or laptop running X and launch the GUI tool or from a program like
XWin32, VNC etc.  

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jnbSA is a symlink pointing to
/usr/openv/java/jnbSA.  There's no jnbSA in /usr/openv/java.

To get jnbSA working again, is it just a matter of executing
NB-Java.install which extracts the Solaris_Sparc_JRE.tar.Z?  The
NB-Java.* files & tarballs seem outdated?

Or is there some other step we have missed?  The Netbackup 4.5
installation manuals did not mention extra steps had to be performed
after an upgrade in order for jnbSA to work.  Is there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will summarise.
