BINGO!
that's what I've done.
although I haven't done it with 4.5 yet. I would assume it would still be
okay.

Quick question. Is there a preferred (or standard) method for changing
client hostnames within netbackup?
Right now, I've just renamed the client directory under
netbackup/db/images/<client-name>
to
netbackup/db/images/<new-client-name>
and then updated the "clients" file for the specific class that the
client resides in (under netbackup/db/class/<client-class-name>/clients).
Thanks,
John
