How much shared memory have you configured?

That buffer is for each multiplexed stream. E.g. 10 streams to a drive,
multiply the memory by 10.

We use 32 buffers at 64K/buffer on DLT7000s. Our limiting factor is client
performance, most can't keep up with the tape drives.

Regards,
Colin.
