-3 Media servers on Solaris8

I have several W2K netbackup clients that I'm planning to convert to =
SAN
media servers. The question is do I need to install LibAttach on these =
W2K
media servers?
If yes,do I need to purchase one Libattach license per media server?

This topic has been discussed here long time ago, but I'ts still not =
clear
for me if LibAttach needed for Windows servers acting as media server =
only
and is connecting to a Unix master server.
