We are using multiple copies to backup our clients (2 copies).
Every morning we run a vault session to duplicate the first copy to 3rd copy and
eject the 3rd copy from the robot.
In the logs I see that the vault is skipping some images althouth there is only
2 copies.
the message i'm getting is:

skipping copy 2 of backup id [image], is not required copy 1.

what does it mean?
i need to have 3 copies of every image and part of them have 2 copies and other
part have 3 copies (after voult).
