[Veritas-bu] Printing 4.5 Vault reports

My master is win2k and the vault version I have is 4.5 mp3.  I am having
trouble getting the reports to print in v4.5.  (This was working fine in
v3.4)

The error I get in the detail.log is:

I have the following in the blank for report destination:

c:\winnt\system32\print.exe /D:\\ginkgo\io_hp4k

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
