We had approximately 90GB of catalog, compressed after 14 days when we did
the upgrade.  Took 36+ hours, and that was on very fast disk with a beefy
Solaris master.  We elected to let the old ASCII data expire and scroll off
rather than go through the work of converting it.  The old ASCII info and
the new binary info can coexist peacefully

3.4 to 4.5. Below are some queries which i have:-

1. How much time does it take for converting the Ascii Database to
Binary (in terms of GB and hours) ?
2. Does it make any difference in terms of speed if we overwrite the
ascii Database or specified a different target directory?
