OTM should normally be disabled, but I will double check that. However, I'm
not sure that this is related to the error I listed below. You never know
off course.

I have found most all system call (11) errors to be related to the OTM.
You may need to do some OTM fine tuning. A test may be to go into the
client properties uncheck OTM run the backup and see if you still have
errors if not its a OTM problem. If you still have the error, keep
researching.

Environment : Netbackup 4.5 MP2 on Windows NT/2000
We get the following error with a full backup :
29/12/2002 13:02:25 dvvbewkgbu00 dvvbe000fs02 Critical 0
General *NULL*
29/12/2002 13:02:25 dvvbewkgbu00 dvvbe000fs02 Error 5104
Backup db_FLISTsend failed: system call failed (11)
I checked the troubleshooting guide and there it says that it should be
related to a filesystem being full (on the master server I presume). That
is not the case. The Netbackup master server software is installed on the D
drive and there are several Gb free space available. The C drive has 253Mb
free space.
Can anyone explain me what happens when bpbkar on the client sends it's
file information through bpbrm and bpdbm on the master server ? Is this
file list data directly written in the file database or is there somewhere
a temporary file kept on the master server ? I could not find anything
about that on the Veritas support site or on the Internet.
Thanks,
Bruno
