Most likely you do not want to have otm enabled on an Exchange Server.=20
If it is enabled you want to exchange the exchange data. In fact you =
want to make sure that the backup client does not try to backup the =
exchange data stores.=20

Should the OTM be enabled on the Exchange Client (NBU 4.5) with the =
Exchange Agent loaded on the Exchange Server (NT4.0, Exchange 5.5, Media =
Server). I am seeing the OTMAN4 activate in the Event Log, but is not =
closing, and after a period of time the processors run up to 100% and =
the box crawls. After a reboot the problem is resolved.
