Hi all.

Don't have a lot of info about this problem, but maybe it's been seen
before.  I'm sure it's a configuration issue but as far as I'm aware not
much has changed.

We have a Netbackup Datacentre 3.4.1GA master on Win NT.  There are 2
Solaris media servers also running 3.4.1GA.

For the last couple of days, I suspect from the time the NT Master was
rebooted, various commands on the Solaris servers are not returning and have
to be aborted with ^C, or return an error.

e.g.

bpdbjobs -report locks up and has to be aborted.

# vmpool -listall -h master
===================================================================
Could not list all volume pools: failed receiving from vmd (72)

# vmquery -h master -b -a      
Could not get pool list from vmd: failed receiving from vmd (72)

Basically any command that expects data to be returned from the master
fails.

We can still submit jobs from the media servers and monitor them on the
Master.

Any help would be appreciated.
