I'm having difficulties with the "-backupid" command. When I try to perform
it with a "-PM" command, I get "INF - db_getIMAGE() failed: an invalid entry
was encountered (223)".

Has anybody seen this? I'm trying to verify the command is correct before I
actually run the dups.

Thanks,

Chris

You're right - you don't need client if you're using backupid. Backup ID's
are assigned per-stream, per-client, so the client is implicit in backupid.

So do you think my best bet would be to use this command?

Bpduplicate -dstunit xxxxx -cn 1 -class xxxxx -s xx/xx/xx -e xx/xx/xx -st
FULL -client xxxxx -L outputfilename -dp xxxxx -backupid xxxxx

Or do I not need the -client if I'm using -backupid?

Thanks,

Chris

Another thing to remember is that if you have multiplexing > 1 then you need

to use bpduplicate in order to de-multiplex a backupid. In this case you
should expect the duplication to take longer since nbu has to do more
processing to achieve the end result.
