Has anyone seen this before?

Running 4.5, brand new install (actually an upgrade), all of the latest packs 
applied.  But when I submit a backup job, it never shows up in the ACtivity 
monitor.  I can see it from the command line, bpdbjobs, but not the GUI.

Any thoughts?
