Robert,
We had some problems similar. Make sure the P7K is
configured the same from both the front panel
AND from the Prism Web interface. In the Web interface,
go to Libray Management-Library Configuration.
Your settins should be:
Online on Power Up YES
No Barcodes NO
Auto Load YES
Auto Drive Unload NO
Auto Clean YES
Auto Inventory YES
Temperature Detection YES
The Auto Drive Unload is the one that was
causing us problems unloading the tapes.
Also, try testing using the /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/robtest
command to load and unload tapes....Be carefull!
