Hi All,

Anyone encounter problem with IBM LTO drive with tape stuck in the drive so
often, the problem happen to random drives with different tapes, after get
the drive changed, it will happen on the new drive again. Once the tape get
stuck, NetBackup couldn't unmount tape nor the ATL P7K library panel. Have
to dismantle the drive.

Configuration as below
Library ATL P7K with the latest firmware (3.11)
IBM LTO drive with the latest firmware (18N0)
NetBackup 3.4
Using FC
Error code from the drive is 3
